Built inside a real dental practice.
PracticeStack was built inside a real dental practice, where patient acquisition, websites, phones, software, security and uptime all affect the same business. Today, revenue recovery and booked-patient growth lead everything we do, with the technology underneath handled as supporting infrastructure.
The numbers came before the company.
PracticeStack started inside a dental practice we own and operate. Running it meant watching, in real numbers, where revenue quietly leaks: calls that ring out while the front desk is with a patient, enquiries that never get a follow-up, patients who drift away between visits. None of it shows up on a profit and loss line, and some of that leakage may be recoverable when it is identified and followed up consistently.
So we built the measurement first. Enquiries tracked to their source where the available systems and data support it, every campaign measured through to booked patients, every figure traceable to Google Ads and practice management reporting. That discipline produced the results we publish: new patients up 205% year on year, 221 enquiries from Google Ads at roughly a 3.2x return, from our own practice, not a client montage.
Today that work leads with recovery: finding missed opportunities, giving practice teams a prioritised path to win the enquiry back, and attributing recovered bookings conservatively. Missed Call Recovery is the first product of that approach, available in early access. Alongside it sit the growth services that fill the calendar: websites, search, advertising and booking systems, all measured the same way.
And because we run a practice ourselves, we know growth means nothing if the technology underneath falls over. That is why selected practices also trust us with the infrastructure layer: security, backup, phones and clinical systems, handled quietly in the background.
A few things we believe.
Every number must trace to a source.
We publish our own practice results and name where each figure comes from. Estimates use conservative, visible assumptions - and we never promise outcomes we cannot measure.
Recovery only counts when it books.
A missed opportunity is not recovered because someone was contacted. It counts when a booking appears and the attribution rules say it belongs - pipeline and completed are reported separately.
Complexity is our job, not yours.
Whether it is attribution models or backup policies, we handle the machinery, document it, and give you a report you can actually read.
