See how your practice marketing really compares

Enter five numbers from the last 90 days. We'll show where each one sits against industry ranges, with no patient data and no sign-up to see your result.

$

What you pay on average for one new patient enquiry (call or form).

x

Revenue from new patients divided by ad spend, measured on first-year patient value.

Net new patients acquired per month. Contextual, scales with number of dentists.

%

Share of website visitors who become an enquiry (call or form submission).

$

Total marketing spend divided by new patients acquired (your true acquisition cost).

Ranges are derived from published international (US/UK) dental marketing datasets plus PracticeStack's verified practice data. They are industry estimates, not a measured percentile. Your submission helps build a benchmark drawn from real Australian practices.

How we calculate this →

Methodology

How we calculate these ranges

The benchmark bands are indicative ranges, not measured percentiles. They are compiled from three inputs: published international Google Ads benchmark studies (primarily LocaliQ/WordStream's 2025 industry benchmarks for the dental and healthcare categories), dental-specific PPC studies from US and UK markets, and PracticeStack's own verified campaign data from the Australian dental practice owned and run by our founder.

International figures are adjusted for the Australian market rather than used raw, and where our own measured data conflicts with published studies, we weight toward what we can verify. That still makes these bands estimates: Australian-specific published data at this granularity does not yet exist, which is exactly why this tool collects it.

Every submission grows an anonymised Australian dataset. Once it is large enough to be statistically meaningful, these seed ranges will be replaced with real percentiles from Australian practices, and we will publish the update. Your individual figures are never shared or published.

Treat your result as a directional signal, not a verdict. If your numbers sit outside a band, it is a reason to look closer, not proof something is wrong.
