Be the practice patients find when it matters.
When someone searches for a dentist in your suburb - especially in pain - the practices at the top of the page get the call. We run tightly-targeted Google Ads with tracking on every call and form, published pricing, and an account you own. Measured the same way we measure our own practice.
$0 setup · 3-month minimum, then month to month · You own the account
This is the page your next patient is looking at right now.
When someone searches for a dentist in your suburb, four things decide who gets the booking. Here's the anatomy - and which part each service wins.
In pain? We keep emergency slots open every day. Gentle care, upfront pricing, on-site parking. Book online in 60 seconds.
Toothache, chipped tooth or knocked-out tooth? Our Lilydale clinic keeps same-day emergency appointments. What to do first, costs, and how to book.
Sponsored result - Google Ads
The first thing a patient in pain sees. We write the ad, target only the suburbs you serve, and point it at a landing page built to convert - not your homepage.
Tracked phone number - call tracking
The number shown is a tracking number. Every call routes to your front desk as normal, but we know exactly which ad produced it.
Map pack - Google Business Profile
Three practices win this box. Reviews, categories, photos and posting cadence decide who - it’s the highest-intent free real estate on the page.
Organic result - SEO
Paid ads can start generating enquiries quickly; ranking here compounds over time, bringing patients without paying per click. This is where the SEO retainer earns its keep.
Illustrative example only - practice names and numbers shown are generic placeholders, not real businesses or results.
Published pricing, capped and in writing.
Management fees are tiered to the ad spend being run. Your ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google, in an account you own - we manage it, we never hold it.

$0 setup on the management package
Campaign build, keyword research, targeting and standard conversion tracking are included at no setup cost with the 3-month minimum. New landing pages, major website changes, advanced tracking rebuilds, call-tracking tools and CRM or practice-software integrations are scoped separately if required.
3-month minimum, then month to month
One month is not enough to build campaigns, gather real search data and optimise honestly. Three months is the shortest window in which paid search can be judged fairly. After that, the engagement runs month to month.
Ad spend is yours, paid directly to Google
Your media budget goes from your card to Google, in your own account, under your control. We manage the spend; we never hold it. You retain ownership of your Google Ads account, campaign data and conversion history - permanently.
GST
All management fees shown exclude GST. Ad spend is billed by Google under its own terms.
The questions practice owners actually ask.
No. The management fee covers our work; your ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google, from your own account. The tiers cap how much monthly spend we actively manage - they are not media budgets we hold.
You do. The account is created in your name (or transferred to it), and you retain ownership of the account, campaign data and conversion history. If we ever part ways, everything we built stays with you.
No setup fee on the management package itself, with the 3-month minimum. Campaign build, keyword research and standard conversion tracking are included. Separate scopes apply only if the work goes beyond that: new landing pages, major website changes, advanced tracking rebuilds, call-tracking tools, or CRM and practice-software integrations.
Because one month of Google Ads is mostly setup and data gathering, and judging it on that would be dishonest in both directions. Three months gives the campaigns time to build, test and optimise on real search data. After the minimum, it runs month to month with no lock-in.
No, and we would be cautious of anyone in Australian health marketing who does - guaranteed-outcome claims are exactly the kind of advertising AHPRA guidance warns against. What we can show you is our evidence: the same campaigns run on our own practice produced a 3.2× return on ad spend and a 67% lower cost per enquiry, measured in Google Ads and practice reporting. That is evidence of method, not a promise of your result.
Campaigns can generate enquiries within the first weeks of going live, because search ads reach patients who are already looking. But honest optimisation takes the full first quarter - it depends on your suburb’s competition, your budget and your booking process, which is why we set a 3-month minimum rather than promising a timeframe.
Yes, and we usually recommend them - sending paid clicks to a generic homepage is the most common way practices waste ad spend. Landing pages are scoped separately from the management fee so you only pay for them if the campaign actually needs one.
Every call and form is tracked to the campaign that produced it. You get a plain-English monthly report covering cost per enquiry and return on ad spend, and where your practice shares front-desk or practice-software reporting, we reconcile enquiries through to booked patients - the same measurement we run on our own practice.
